From above analysis and based on expectations I will suggest some lessons which you must be thorough with previous year questions and all formulae related to it in your fingertips which will award you above 50% in physics
Just have a look at those lessons

1.Heat and thermodynamics:

This lesson had 5 questions in 2017 NEET and average of 4 questions in both phases of 2016

The great advantage in these lessons(Thermodynamics and Heat transfer) is much of these can be linked to Chemistry section and can be learnt easily

2.Modern Physics:

This section includes 

• Electromagnetic waves
• Semiconductors
• Atoms and nuclei
• Dual nature of matter

This section had 8 question in NEET 2017 and an average 9 question in both phases of 2016 NEET

The advantage in this lessons are also that these contents can be linked to some chapters of Chemistry.

3.Mechanics:

This section includes

• Gravitation
• Work,Energy,Power
• Units and dimension
• Newton's laws of motion
• System of particles(only moment of inertia calculations)

This section had around 6 questions in NEET 2017 and an average of 8 questions in both phases of NEET 2016.The advantage in these lessons all of these concepts are being learnt by you since your grade 9(except some topics).So you can eye a question and easily crack it.

4.Electrodynamics

I suggest you to go through only some basic formulae in this lessons which will help you to solve around 3 questions

And unless you are interested completely leave OPTICS part

This will give you around 20-25 questions which will give you a mark of around 80-100(assuming that you have did all right by doing what I said in it  Crack physics easily)

But your preparations for these lessons must be atmost and try maximum to solve all the previous 10 year paper and learn all concepts in it without hesitation
